Do you supply fresh or frozen?
Both. Fresh at +2°C, or IQF frozen at −18 to −25°C.
What is the minimum order?
Fresh by air: one pallet (about 500 kg to 1 tonne). Frozen by sea: one full reefer container (about 12 to 26 tonnes).
How long does delivery take?
Fresh Scottish salmon by air to the GCC; temperature data logged throughout. Frozen by sea takes about 2–3 weeks from port departure. Frozen by road within Europe takes 3–5 days.
How is the product packed?
Fresh: iced EPS boxes of 6, 10 or 20 kg. Frozen: IQF, vacuum-packed inner packs and master cartons. Private label is available for retail chains.
What are your payment terms?
Standard: 30% advance by T/T and 70% against a copy of the bill of lading. For high volumes: irrevocable letter of credit at sight.
How do you protect the cold chain for fresh salmon?
All air shipments are monitored with temperature data loggers.
Can our inspector check the goods before shipment?
Yes — through independent inspectors (for example SGS) or your own representatives.
Can you ship live langoustine, lobster and crab?
Yes — live langoustine, lobster and crab travel by air.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Health certificate and certificate of origin; CITES where required. We also handle customs.
Which countries do you export to?
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait; France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany; Japan, China, South Korea, Singapore; USA and Canada.
