We don't stop at selling fish: sourcing, processing, cold storage and transport are ours too, from the boat or farm to the buyer's door.

Fresh at +2°C or IQF frozen at −18 to −25°C.
How we deliver
Port loading at Leith and Grangemouth, cold storage at −25°C and +2°C, our own reefer trucks across Europe, and air freight from Edinburgh and Glasgow, same or next day.

Dubai is our global management and finance centre. In Scotland, Edinburgh handles management and governance and Aberdeen runs field operations. Regional offices in Dubai.
Order basics
Fresh Scottish salmon by air to the GCC; temperature data logged throughout. Frozen by sea from one reefer container, about 2–3 weeks. Frozen by road in Europe, 3–5 days. Fresh packed in iced EPS boxes; frozen in IQF, vacuum packs and master cartons; private label for retail chains.
